You can pay with cash or venmo when you arrive or pay with card online. We split our processing fees with our students, so you will see a 3% charge at checkout.

1. Do I need to be flexible or experienced to join a class?
Not at all! Classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, with variations to meet you where you are. You don’t need to be flexible—you just need to be open to exploring movement in a way that feels good for your body.
2. Where should I start?
Wherever you want. Each class can be catered to you with our props and teacher's experience to adapt movement.
3. Where are you located?
In-person classes are held in the Secor Building, located at 425 Jefferson Ave, 4th Floor, Toledo, OH. Yes, there's an elevator ;).
4. Where can I park?
On the street. I get it, parking downtown can feel stressful. Please see the map below and the following description for parking so you can feel stress free before parking (I get it, I'm that person too).

Parking is indicated by the blue lines. The 'X' and arrow is the lobby where you will enter.

There is free street parking available before 8 AM, after 6 PM on weekdays, and free at all hours on the weekends.

If you’re attending a class during metered hours, there are paid parking options nearby.

5. What should I bring to a class?
A yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and any props you love (blocks, straps, or a blanket).
6. Do you offer online classes or programs?
Yes! We offer an online platform where you can access a variety of movement-based videos, including shorter and longer flows. Some of our classes are live.
7. What is the pay-it-forward option?
The pay-it-forward pricing option goes towards sponsoring a spot in a class, retreat, or experience for someone who may not otherwise have access. It’s a way to help build a more inclusive and supportive movement community.
8. Do you offer private sessions/parties?
Yes! Private sessions/parties are available for those looking for personalized guidance to address specific needs, work on technique, or build a customized movement practice. Inquire HERE.
9. What happens if I need to cancel?
For group classes, there’s no penalty for late cancellations or no-shows—just come move with us when you can. For private sessions, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. For events, please see its specific policy.
